Promote Local was founded in June 2015 to build on a successful pilot that connected 50 college students to a dozen local businesses. Currently serving 10 retainer clients with a 5-person team, Promote Local self-funds the development of its software product.

Promote Local’s marketplace enables local businesses to get affordable and reliable social media services from people near them. The product is monetized through a revenue share.
