Mike is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational aspects of all PLMedia business activities and brings almost twenty years of implementation and development success. He is a key member of the development team as well as overseeing the project. His skill at benchmarking operational excellence and translating concepts into program success are a central duty at PLG. Mike is also PMP-certified and an expert in Cloud and mobile technology.

Ruben Garcia has direct responsibility for all sales and marketing initiatives. Ruben has focused his career in New Media technology, and is responsible for servicing hundreds of feature films and television programs from shoot to delivery). In addition, he has co-founded small start-up Digital Intermediate and Visual Effects houses (Hollywood Intermediate DI, Identity Studios VFX) that have gone on to become industry powerhouses.
