Ms. Yacci has served as CEO of Advanced Acoustic Imaging Technologies and CEO of Robotic Therapeutic and Imaging. She has focused on male health for the last ten years. She was also the Scientific Sales Director of Prolias Technologies, a molecular diagnostic company. Ms. Yacci holds a BS in Biotechnology and a MBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Ms. Strauss has led Reimbursement Dept. and advised senior executives in Molecular Diagnostic/Genetic companies on medical policy, contracting and reimbursement strategies towards commercialization, for more than 12 years. Prior to her consulting practice she lead the Provider Relations and Network Development departments at Aetna Inc. and then Reimbursement departments at Digene (HPV testing), Adeza (fFN testing) and Perelegen Sciences.

Dr. Amud is a Psychiatrist, who completed her undergraduate work and her medical degree from University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She went on to do her residency in Psychiatry at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center and at the Columbia Presbyterian Campus of the New York Presbyterian Hospital. She also did her fellowship in Geriatric and Consultation Liason at SUNY at Stony Brook.
