Company Summary

We are creating beers that are different than the other local breweries. Our beers will be brewed in smaller batches, so that there will always be something new and fresh for the individuals who are looking for something that they have not tried before. We will also focus on food quality, making food just as important as the beer. This will fill the void of good food from a brewery. Coatesville is the base of our operations.

    Rick has been in the food service industry for 18 years. He has been a General Manager for multiple companies including Duling-Kurtz, Wawa, as well as Red Robin. He has been homebrewing for 2 years making a variety of flavorful beers. He is currently serving at Amani's BYOB in downingtown continuing learning from Jon and Jean Amann and developing relationships with vendors and guests alike.

    Executive Chef

    Kevin is a young and talented chef. He has been working in the industry for 8 years. He is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. He has won awards while working at Victory Brewing Company as a Sous Chef. He is currently the Sous Chef at Vicker's Tavern where he is immersing himself in classical cuisine.

    Dan has been brewing beer for 3 years. He uses his background in art to create labels for bottles, as well as other promotional material. He has used his background in construction to create devices useful for the brewery. He believes in resurrecting ancient styles of beer, by studying the past and recreating the beers in a new way.
