Mr. Baez is the founder and creator of the entire corporate structure, he has nearly 25 years of experience in financial operations, manager of investment portfolios into the hedge fund sector and private lender for the mortgage market in Mexico, and is responsible for overall portfolio construction and day-to-day operations of the Firms. He specialized in banking, multinational financial reporting, treasury and securities trading operations.
