Roy focuses on product vision, technology strategies, technical operations and software engineering and invented the concept of Private Social Networking, He is a Silicon Valley/software industry veteran with over 25 yrs of delivering technology solutions with domestic/international experience and has held senior technical mgnt positions at Documentum, EMC and Check Point and start-ups including PageNet, Applix, Smart Technologies and Rubric Inc.

Mike brings over 25 yrs exp in the high technology industry & over 18 yrs in healthcare and has held executive positions in corp dev, strategic bus dev, strategic partnerships, strategy, consulting, operations, and sales mgmt with domestic/international responsibilities. Prior to PSN, Mike's work history included IBM (strategy/bus dev executive for the world-wide health ind grp), Healtheon (billion dollar IPO merged WebMD), and VHA (Hospital GPO)

Dr Bob brings a wealth of knowledge from his years as a recognized and renowned pediatrician and pulmonary specialist. He has held many prestigious positions including Clinical Professor of Pediatrics, UT Southwestern, Medical Director Cystic Fibrosis Research Center, Children's Medical Center Dallas. Bo brings a wealth of legal experience and he specializes in capital formation of technology start-up companies and represents new technology companies, angel investors and institutional investors in early-stage/later round/private equity fundraising transactions of more than $600M of capital to date. Wayne is a CPA bringing over 30 yrs of financial, accounting and general management experience and has substantial expertise in company valuation, capital formation through venture capital and debt financing and corporate governance. He has served as the CFO for companies in the software, telecom, healthcare and medical device sectors and was Senior Mgr at PricewaterhouseCoopers in consulting/audit areas of public accounting/company valuation.

Jim has over 25 yrs of executive & global leadership experience currently serving as President /co-founder of Market Shapers. He spent 15 yrs at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a member of the acquisition team during the PwC MCS group merger with IBM. Jim has extensive healthcare experience starting at IBM early in his career, and served as a consultant to UnitedHealth Groups executives while at Ingenix (a UnitedHealth Group company).

Kevin (undergraduate degree from Stanford and MBA from Wharton) served 12 years in venture capital leading seed, Series A/B, and growth capital investments. Experienced CEO in two venture backed companies. Strategy consult to in several industries. Has worked with numerous incubators & seed stage investors in CA and TX. Notable investments & BOD seats include Tangoe/TRAQ Wireless (IPO), MetaCarta (Nokia acquired), and TruLogica (HP acquired).

John is one of the most active Angel Investors in the DFW area, President of the Value Creation group, and co-author of 3 books on Product, Service, Customer Costing & Profitability. He created the Balanced Scorecard seminar for American Mgmt Assoc teaching over 10 seminars globally. He trained execs in over 200 seminars on Activity Based Costing and Budgeting, was the CFO of Tidel Eng. and led leverage buyout from Southland Corp (7/11 stores).
