He is a professionally trained chef with a degree in Culinary Arts and has over 25+yrs culinary experience with different cuisines and ingredients found all over the world.Mark’s creativity and food knowledge is the leading force behind Primizie Chef Crafted Snacks where he oversees product development and innovation, logistics, manufacturing and supply chain.

Lisa’s career experience expands from product engineering to software implementation. Her wide array of experiences has allowed her to be a central part of the Spedale’s businesses. Lisa is responsible for all financial aspects of the company including financial planning, cost modeling and preparing and analyzing financial results. She is also responsible for all aspects of corporate management including HR, sales data, and business compliance.

With 20+ years experience in the CPG space Shawn has a broad experience in manufacturing, brand management, sales, & leadership. He was Senior VP of Sales at Sensible Portions and when acquired by Hain Shawn was promoted to SVP of their Snack Division. After leaving Hain, Shawn served as the VP of Sales at Brownie Brittle and was one of the original members of the team that took the company from its infancy to a multi million dollar brand.
