Mr. Pollack is a recognized expert and pioneer in radio frequency identification (RFID) and wireless sensing, including his ground breaking development of radio powered battery-free sensing systems. He is named on over 15 patents in the area of RFID and wireless sensing, is the founder of Phase IV Engineering and has been CEO for 20 years. Prior to founding Phase IV, he founded three other companies and managed their operations.

Dr. Costantini has held executive positions in several life science companies focusing on driving products from discovery through launch. She has overseen scientific discovery, product development, regulatory strategy, clinical trials, and business development, and has experience on both sides of the financing table with her positions at startups and investment institutes. She was previously on the faculty at Harvard Medical School.

Mr. Kirkpatrick is a director of Phase IV Engineering, a founder and Chairman of Cadre Technologies, a logistics automation software company, a founder and director of Distribution Service Technologies, an automotive e-commerce software company, and has guided a number of early stage technology companies to successful exits. He is an engineering graduate of Princeton University and is an active member of educational and professional boards.

Dr. Webster is an Emergency Physician and has been practicing at Evergreen Hospital Medical Center in Kirkland, Washington for 20 years. During that time, he has served as Chairman of the Continuing Medical Education Committee, Chairman of the Hospital Information Committee, member of the Information Technology Steering Committee for selecting the electronic medical record system and on the Medical Executive Committee at Evergreen Hospital.

Jim has over 20 years’ experience in medical device product development, manufacturing, sales and distribution (domestic and overseas), and has developed several unique implantable medical devices. He holds 40 US and international patents. He was recently CEO of Sophono, developing and launching (in the US and exUS) a bone conduction hearing device.
