Olivia Cranin is currently pursuing her MBA at Columbia Business School. She has digital marketing and product development experience in both startups (Manilla.com, Digg, FITiST.com) and large corporations (American Express). Passionate about the beauty service industry, she is excited to solve the problem she, along with millions of women, often find themselves facing: too many events to get ready for, too little time.

Rachel McLaughlin has consulting, merchandising and strategy experience at a fashion startup and a multi-brand retail company. Rachel has experience styling and merchandising for women given her summer at Rent the Runway, where she helped launch the NYC showroom. Rachel also has experience identifying innovative opportunities in the digital (mobile) space from her summer project at URBN.
