After graduation from high school Tiffany obtained a degree in cosmetology. Along with her
cosmetology degree, she has extensive management experience. Her duties at Pretty N
Posh® include, but not limited to, managing employees, scheduling, performing licensed
spa services and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

After high school, Hakim joined the Marines and after 15 years transferred to the U.S, Army
Reserves where he earned recognition as the “Top Recruiter for the St. Louis area”. He
currently is a supervisor at the Federal Records Center in the St. Louis area. He will soon
graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. He will innovate and supervise marketing efforts, interact with Chambers of Commerce and the press for the company.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and has qualified as a Nurse Practitioner. Mary bought her first business, a residential care facility, in 1981. In 1993 she founded Caring Hearts Agency, Inc. and in 1995 she purchased Helping Hands Home Care Services, a home care agency, She eventually sold the residential care facility in 2004 for a profit.She assumed her current position with Pretty N Posh Franchising Corporation upon

Past experience: Reported to the President, responsibilities included providing leadership, and development to the domestic franchise system. Provided operational support to the company owned and franchise system primarily in sales training. Oversaw the administration of Roto Rooter’s 450 unit $350,000,000 franchise system as well as international development. These roles required proficiency in all elements inherent in a franchise organization.

After graduation from High School, where she was an honor roll student all four years,
Tiffany Jackson earned the degree of a Bachelor of Science at Deaconess College of Nursing. Tiffany is also a graduate of Webster University where she received a Master's
degree in Business Administration.
