He has extensive real estate development & construction experience and has worked with federal and state agencies frequently. He studied political science at University of Evansville and business administration at Liberty University in Virginia.

    Alison Snider has been an integral part of the company since 2004. While overseeing purchasing and quality control standards for the properties, Ms. Snider also developed, implemented, and managed Premier’s HR department. In 2008, Ms. Snider assumed a more active, executive role within the company, and she now oversees operations. She received her BA from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and is currently working towards her MBA.
