Jacob’s real estate career has given him experience in all the disciplines of the real estate industry as well as the discipline of growing and managing a profitable business.

  • Lance Inouye
    CFO

    Lance Inouye, CPA, oversees all of PREM Group’s financial operations. as well as accounting department supervision, his responsibilities also include simultaneous review of all legal documents alongside of our legal counsel; development and update of project and property budgets; assessing risk and procuring adequate insurance.
    Prior to joining PREM Group, Lance was the CFO with Gerding/Edlen Development Company, LLC for 8 years.
