    Prelim's Founder. Prior to founding Prelim, he was a founder of Bolt Launch Marketing and Fitted Harbor. In his three years at Bolt Launch, Mr. Harris helped develop and market a real estate application in the Champaign area. Mr. Harris at different times led marketing, product management and business development. Recently, Mr. Harris has done marketing consulting for startups in the Champaign/Urbana area.

    Co-Founder / CFO

    Mr. Wright holds a MSc and BSc in Economics from the Colorado School of Mines. Before Prelim Mr. Wright worked for a consulting firm. GlobalData, Inc., performing third-party valuations for hydrocarbon assets worth $1B located in Colombia.

  • Ben Hansen
    CTO

    Ben has built software for various industries, including another real estate startup LR Connection. Ben spent two years working in the corporate financial industry at Nicolet National Bank in IT and Operations roles.
