PreeLine is a predictive analytics company for the consumer industry. Our unique digital platform lets modern consumers see and share future merchandise before it's available in stores and often before it's produced. We are building PreeLine because we have deep industry experience and know that many brands invest billions of dollars in inventory with little to no input from real customers. Furthermore, we believe modern consumers want to be more deeply engaged with the brands they love. We are inverting the concept of B2C.
PreeLine is an engaging social environment targeted at early adopters, influencers, and modern consumers. Our technology tracks and tags interactions in order to gain dynamic foresight about what users like and don't like, as well as how they socialized those products to peers. We then humanize our analytics for brands so they gain clarity that is immediate, forward-looking, and actionable.
PreeLine is a game-changer for an industry deeply in need of new technology. Our initial focus is the mass-premium apparel and accessories industry. It has long lead-times, lagging technologies, and a significant market base. Sales generated in this industry in the U.S. alone are roughly $100 billion annually. Furthermore, with more than 1 billion people using social media platforms like Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram; we believe our user base can readily grow to more than 10 million in three to five years.
PreeLine plans to generate revenues through data subscriptions, lead generations, and direct sales. Our platform allows brands to engage with their existing customer base to test forward products before they are committed to production. This platform, which we call Nucleus, is a subscription based revenue driver that will be tremendously valuable for industry leaders and emerging brands alike. Consumers engaging on PreeLine can also seamlessly connect to a brand’s existing site to see current products. These are high-intent customers for those brands and as such allow us to generate revenues for those leads. Finally, we know that if we can get people to browse, we can convert them to buy. Many PreeLine users will want to buy the future products they see. By enabling those transactions, PreeLine will gain revenues for the direct sales we generate for a brand.
We believe we can significantly increase the value of PreeLine with $1MM in new funding. We are a tight team that manages capital vigorously and we will use these funds to continue development of our valuable product, drive user engagement, and add vital talent to our team.

COO, Co-founderJulia Macalaster is the co-founder and COO of PreeLine. She is a fashion and technology professional who has worked in strategy consulting, e-commerce and mobile solutions. Julia is passionate about always driving to find the solution to every problem. She attended Princeton University and rowed on the varsity crew team. She currently resides in New York.

CEO, Co-founderDavid Lamer is an accomplished businessman and technologist. He is the CEO and co-Founder of PreeLine. Mr. Lamer was a senior executive in the fashion industry and was a pioneer of merchandise planning. He has helped build several great American brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Kate Spade, and Cole Haan.

Chief Merchandising Officer, co-FounderKaren is a fashion industry veteran who has worked with some of the most sought after brands including Diane von Furstenberg, Kate Spade, Coach, and Cole Haan. Her expertise is working with designers to align creative concepts and get them to market. She has deep knowledge of the industry and its efforts.
