Formerly VP of Operations for Coca Cola Enterprises, Mr. Forakis led the company’s western half of the US, including bottling, operations, logistics, and turnarounds, retiring in 2008. He is the principal of a high tech screen printing operation providing container and packaging products for high end cosmetics clientele.

Mr. Forakis began management consulting in MMJ upon its Arizona legalization in partnership with Mr. Sonneborn.

Founder of multiple successful AZ construction businesses, Mr. Hammer was an executive leader over commercial construction projects. Owner of Hammer Homes Inc, a custom builder of homes ranging from 2800 to 8000 sq. ft; from $750,000 to $3 Million.

Has overseen more than 2000 acres of land development. During the latest recession, his co's began acquiring foreclosed properties, improving-selling a range of auctioned foreclosed homes.

Since 1986 Mr. Haile has grown and diversified ownership of a variety of real estate improvement and development holdings, including earth moving, excavation, a crane company, and a growing regional plumbing company. He also owns a development company that improves and resells land.

Mr. Haile partnered with Mr. Hammer opportunistically capturing market share in the MMJ industry upon legalization. The partners own and run two MMJ operations.
