Gerry Murak, MS, MBA, turned around the performance of a Fortune 500 in two different locations, as well as a Top 100 WNY Corporation. He founded his management consulting firm, Murak & Assoc., LLC in 1991. Gerry is currently the CEO of SoPark Corporation, an ISO 9001:2008, AS9100C & ISO 13485 certified, award winning electronics manufacturing services provider. He has also served as adjunct faculty for UB School of Management in the US & China.

Jason Armstrong has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering with a minor in mathematics and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. He is a co-inventor and Translational Researcher for the patented PSi research equipment to study atomic & sub nanometer materials. As a published UB post doctorate fellow he has been the co-author and /or co-presenter of 12+ articles and topics. Jason also teaches thermo dynamics and product design at UB.

Rupa Shanmugam has a BS in Electrical Engineering with 20+ yrs of electronics OEM & electronics manufacturing services with experience in 4 countries in the areas of electrical & industrial engineering as well as operations & quality management with extensive experience in ISO 9001:2008, AS91000C, ISO 13485 & ITAR compliance. She has also been a part of new product development teams and is well versed in the design for manufacturability.

Joe Miano has a BS with over 35 years of very successful electronics sales experience for Avnet, the world’s leader in sourcing and selling electronic components. He is very familiar with semi-conductor and electronic component manufacturers as well as original equipment manufacturers; both of which are target markets for PSi's metrology equipment. Joe has previously been an investor in a very successful high tech company start-up.

John Kasperek has a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. He has over 30 years of combined experience in financial control, cost analysis plus extensive operations management and machine tool experience (Note: the PSi metrology product has machined components). John is also a certified ISO Auditor with experience in national and international markets as well as government contracts.

Greg Frazier is Executive VP of Business Development & Innovation Worldwide for Avnet, Inc., one of the world’s largest distributors of electronic components. Greg joined Avnet in 1977 and now serves on the global executive teams of Avnet's two operating groups, Avnet Electronics Marketing and Avnet Technology Solutions. Mr. Frazier focuses on driving profitable growth through structured business innovation and is a key adviser to PSi.

Ted Beringer, CEO of the Beringer Group, a nationally recognized financial advisor to some of the wealthiest families in the US. He was also the founder and CEO of The Mid-Atlantic Companies, Ltd., a nationwide, full-service, financial services firm specializing in the needs of private business owners & their families. Mid-Atlantic's operations were acquired by Wachovia Bank in 1998. Ted has a BS from UB and a MS from the University of Oklahoma.
