We focus on core HR functionality, employee engagement and productivity. We market to small and medium businesses through partners, including payroll providers, HR Consultants and Brokers via a per employee per month fee.

Bob served as A.D.A.M.’s CEO for 10 years, lead its IPO and was Board Chairman for all of the company’s history. In addition, he was a co-founder and CEO of ThePort Network, an early pioneer in the social networking platform field.
