Most recently, he was co-founder and President of Nexus Energy Software, which was sold to ESCO Technologies (NYSE:ESE) in 2005 and is now part of Aclara Technologies. Martin was CEO of Multisystems, Inc. and REALink SystemsCorp. Martin has an MSCE from MIT and a BEE from City University of New York.

Jay FiskeVice President of Business DevelopmentJay is a cleantech executive and investor with 17 years’ experience. Before joining Powerhouse Dynamics, Jay was Vice President of Operations for Wakonda Technologies, a PV start-up. Prior to Wakonda, Jay was a General Partner at the Massachusetts Green Energy Fund (MGEF) and held positions at Teradyne. Jay holds an MBA and MS in mechanical engineering from MIT. He earned his BS in mechanical engineering from Yale University.

He has held senior leadership roles with a number of SaaS companies, including InteQ (acquired by CA) and Inceptor (acquired by Verizon). He has built multiple sales organizations and has a track record of helping companies grow through early stage, profitability, expansion, and acquisition. He is a graduate of Bentley University.

Vice President of EngineeringBen is an experienced engineering executive who has spent his career managing hardware and software development. Before joining PhD, Ben helped form several startup companies, including Virtual Broadband Technology and UtilityVu. He was a co-founder of Egenera and held senior development positions at Ascend Communications, Stratus Computer and Prime Computer. Ben graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Science.

Prior to joining Powerhouse Dynamics, he worked at EnerNOC. Scott previously worked at Constellation NewEnergy and as a consultant at Wood Mackenzie. Scott received a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and an MBA from Boston College.

He has a deep background in energy management and energy efficiency across large enterprises. Prior to PhD, Jason worked at EnerNOC, where he helped create and deliver energy efficiency solutions and helped lead the creation of an Account Management group. Jason has an MBA from MIT and an engineering degree from Stanford University.

Jason HammondDirector of Channel SalesJason manages existing partner relationships and recruits new channel partners. He has 20 years of sales and channel sales experience at software and SaaS organizations. Prior to joining Powerhouse Dynamics, Jason spent over 7 years at Brainshark. In the past, Jason has held sales and management positions at PCi Corporation (a division of Wolters Kluwer), Lexign, Habama, Lotus and IBM. Jason has a BS in Management from Clarkson University.

Director of MarketingHelen has spent the past decade fostering the growth of clean energy companies, and of the sector, through innovative marketing approaches and programs. Before joining PhD, she was Director of Marketing for Advanced Energy Economy. Prior to AEE, Helen was Co-Founder of Millville Partners., offering strategic marketing consulting to clean energy businesses and organizations. Helen earned an A.B. in Visual and Environmental Studies from Harvard.
