Oren is an electrical engineering and business graduate. At Siemens from 1994 to 2008, and from 2003-8 as CEO of Siemens Israel, employing some 250 people with annual volume of over €300 Mil. As of 2009, he is involved with young Israeli start-ups. One investment turned into a full time passion, and as of December 2010 he is both Chairman & CEO of Power Offer. He is a YPO member since 2004, and has served in chapter management and regional board.

Ofer is an electrical engineer with over 25 years of engineering experience. He served in an elite technology unit of IDF, and for some of the leading Israeli technology companies. Before co-founding Power Offer Electronics Ltd. In 2007, he served as senior R&D developer and system architecture for TeleData and Atrica. Ofer owns several patents in the power and telecom area.

Doron is a business graduate with over 20 years of experience in operations and management in high-tech companies. Before co-founding Power Offer Electronics Ltd. in 2007, he was head of procurement at Indigo (later acquired by HP), and Director of supply management at Atrica (later acquired by Nokia-Siemens).

An Associate Professor at the Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, Eli has published numerous papers and studies in the field of physics, electronics, control and computer science. He holds seven patents in his various fields of specialization. Eli serves as the Chief Scientist of Power Offer since 2008, responsible for the algorithm and software.

Yoram is an electrical engineer with over 20 years of engineering experience.
Before joining Power Offer Electronics as VR R&D, Yoram headed an R&D division at Motorola Israel developing products and systems to tier 1 international customers (Automotive, Cellular).
