Company Summary

Pourbrands was setup with a goal to enable manufacturers in cross border trade via eCommerce. After doing several pilots, team has now pivoted on building a B2B eCommerce marketplace for cross border trade. Initially, the target is $4.5 billion export market for handmade crafts and textiles out of India. The same model can later on be replicated globally, for various niche product segments.
The eCommerce portal will present flexible ordering options (samples, wholesale lots, bulk sourcing) with secured payment and multiple shipping options to the buyers. Multiple revenue streams are identified like - commission on sale, platform subscription fee and marketing services fee charge to sellers, and value added service billed to buyers
