Anna worked as a Venture Analyst for the Spain Tech Center & StepOne Ventures in San Francisco, where she worked with over 100 early stage startups from Spain. She now focuses on business development and internationalization for PoshPacker. She holds an MBA in Global Entrepreneurship from the University of San Francisco, where she studied in Barcelona and Taipei. She also holds a BBA in international business from George Washington University.

Tania holds 10+ years hospitality domain experience, and has consulted startups and larger companies as a design thinker. She now runs marketing and product development for PoshPacker. Tania holds an MBA in Design Strategy from the California College of the Arts in San Francisco and a BA in psychology from the University of Puerto Rico. She previously founded Ecotour, the first eco-tourism organization at the University of Puerto Rico system.
