Dr. Pernikoff is a 1981 honors graduate from the University of Missouri, College of Veterinary Medicine. He has lectured, taught and worked globally, as a clinical veterinarian for over 30 years. Dr. Pernikoff has owned and operated several small business entities; serves on numerous professional boards; founded and manages a non profit animal rescue organization; and, invests in innovations in business and science.

Mr. McCane is an MBA from the University of Hawaii, with a concentration on Asian Business Dynamics. Fluent in Mandarin, he has studied and practiced business throughout Asia and China for over 37 years. Mr. McCane has managed numerous international business ventures, exporting from, and selling product into China. He has started two successful companies. Mr. McCane has skills in accounting, finance, sales and marketing.

Ms. Amir has M.A. and M.H.A.degrees and over twenty years of success in commercializing innovative biomedical products in the areas of diagnostics and therapeutics throughout multiple divisions of human healthcare. She has skills in FDA product registration; developing sales tools; product use and sales training; and product design and development. Ms. Amir is CEO of XCellcure and manages a successful IT firm Vantage Links.
