Company Summary

Pop-A-Lock was founded by law enforcement officers, and it's popularity can be
attributed to it's competitive pricing, well trained technicians, and memorable name. It
started granting franchises in 1995, and since has granted 136 franchises, and services over 240 cities, and 3,500 communities nationwide and internationally. To date it is the only franchised locksmith company in the nation, and therefore, they hold all the national contracts.

I will be responsible for the overall management of the company, this includes but is not limited to payroll, paying bills and managing overhead and revenue, hiring or terminating employees, training staff, making sales, managing accounts and customer relations.
