I am a 36 year old Auto enthusiast and hobby fabricaotr , i have been mechaniclly active since i was about 13 years of age , my father Frank SR taught me how to weld and to do most fabrication work since i was about 15 . I spend as much free time as possible building maintaing .cars,trucks and motorcycles. while working with my projects i come up with new tools to make my job easier . i also love inventing new things .

Michelle is a 44 year old woman who has worked in the medical industry for 14 years, she is a mother of two who manages her household and holds a job with providence regonal client services, her job there is to do research prepair reports and comunicate between doctors/nurses, patients and the medical lab. in doing this she uses her skills on a daily basis & manages her home job and childern as well. Michelle is well versed in general managment

Frank is a 66 year old man who has been a professional welder fabricator for over 35 years , he is very knowledgible in general fabriacation and mechanical knowledge . he is also a great teacher around the shop ,as well he is very task oriantated while producing a quality product , Frank can help cut cost's by elminating material waiste by focusing on quality work and planning

Joe has been in the shipping industry for 13 years, he is knowledgible with shipping and receiving. Joe has been a dock supervisor and dispatcher and delivery agent for a few trucking firms as well as a forklift manufacturor, while working as a shipping clerk he was also responcible for customer relations .

Tiaja is a 30 year old fabricator who is verse in most equipment around the shop , she is a graduate of welding school and has the ability to draw up blue prints and operate a plasma table used for cutting multiple parts in production orders
