Victoria (Vicki) Vegis, a PoolResponse Co-Founder lead the deployment of the El Cajon program with SDG&E that proved Pool Energy demand response potential and metrics. Vicki brings a proven track record of leisure and consumer products channel sales and customer assistance with General Motors to the PoolResponse team’s market execution.

Mr. Payan has been an innovator in the pool systems and services industry for over two decades. Prior to Co-Founding PoolResponse he has been a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and a California Licensed Contractor since 2000. He is the President of the Industry Pool and Spa Association in San Diego County and a nationally known dealer of excellence. Javier plays a key role in product invention and has participated in key intellectual property.

Mr. McEntee has built the partnerships with Pentair, EGIA, and with the leading utilities in California including SDG&E, SCE, and PG&E. Previously, Mr. McEntee served as an executive with IBM, Oracle, and ABC/Disney and several early stage ventures in the Internet and energy.

Dr. Kevin Hunter is the Chief Technology Officer of the Pool Energy Management solution. Kevin holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from M.I.T, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University. He is the named inventor on over 45 U.S. patents, as well as their foreign counterparts, with numerous additional US and international patents pending.

Mr. Harp has been with Westin Engineering, Inc., Rancho Cordova, CA as a chief executive since 1998 providing Utility clients with innovative and cost-effective solutions for utility billing, customer service and mobile workforce management.
