Briefly was a broker for the only swimming pool service franchisor before PSN and saw the attractive opportunity.

18-year veteran of every facet of swimming pool service. Owned his own service firm in California. Was expert witness to congressional committee on proposed swimming pool safety law. Founder of PoolNewsFeed, subscribed by 10,000 professionals world-wide. Served as President of Mid-Atlantic chapter of The Associaton of Pool and Spa Professionals. Currently manages PSN's Northern Virginia prototype.

Nancy has been President of University Learning Institute since 2002; manages relationships with dozens of colleges, and hundreds of students, invoicing, accounting, tax returns, retirement program, etc. For PSN, she is currently learning the route & accounting software we have selected in order to produce franchisee training on these products.
