The proyect is "Acquisition of a company for the production and commercialization of cookies, wafers", with the objective of satisfying the incremental demand. In Ecuador, there are products of restriction in imports that previously entered from countries such as Peru and Colombia; in addition to providing a comprehensive food solution for the Ecuadorian population and activating the Productive matrix as promoted by the current government.
