Kambiz is a serial inventor and chemical engineer with more than 25 years experience in the polyurethane foam industry. He has worked in senior management positions with companies in Iran, the US and Canada. Kambiz has an MBA from San Francisco State University, a Master’s of Science (Chemical Engineering) from Middlesex University, and a Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineering) from North London University.

Garth has more than 30 years of progressively senior experience in financial reporting, accounting, regulatory compliance, equity capital markets, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions. He is a Certified Management Accountant and a director of the British Columbia Technology Industry Association.
