Wenyi was most recently COO of Milo.com, which sold to eBay in 2010, leading the operations of business, product, and engineering teams. Prior to Milo, Wenyi was a consultant with McKinsey & Company in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, working in telecommunications, banking, and innovation clusters. She began her career in finance in NY and Washington DC. Wenyi graduated cum laude from Harvard College, and studied philosophy and physics.

María José previously worked for Belcorp, a major direct sales company, in Perú and Colombia, leading the launch of their first micro-insurance product. María José was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Latin America, working in financial services for lower income consumers and higher education. Prior to McKinsey, she worked in research on poverty, education and health in Mexico. She holds a degree in economics from CIDE in Mexico.

Craig was most recently Co-Founder and Executive VP of Switchboard, a nonprofit using mobile phones to create nationwide networks of health workers in Africa. He has years of experience working within international development, from India to Liberia to Ecuador to Washington DC. He holds a MPA in International Development from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and graduated summa cum laude in Environmental Systems from UC San Diego.

Ash Kirvan was most recently Director, Non-Technical Risk Management at WorleyParsons, an international project delivery company. He sat on the board of directors for Springboard Performance, a Calgary-based performance arts company. His career spans Australia, China, Canada, the USA and Colombia. Ash graduated with first class honours in Environmental Engineering and Physics from the University of Western Australia.

Kevin McElroy is a designer focused on human-centered design innovation. He works with brands and non-profits to realize successful product, communication, and space solutions. He has worked with Smart Design and NY Designs, and his client list includes Hasbro, Plum Organics and West Elm. He holds a bachelor of industrial design from Pratt Institute (with honors) and studied Scandinavian design and architecture in Copenhagen, Denmark.
