James co-founded Polecat with Bronwyn Kunhardt in Apr 2007. James was previously Microsoft's Head of Innovation in the UK where he worked with the software development industry, entrepreneurs, investors, academia and the Government. James has 6 years’ experience in Microsoft, including building and heading up the Public Sector Services organisation in the UK. James holds a MSc in Information Systems and a BEng in Optoelectronics from UCL.

Eric LoeweSolutions Manager
Eric is a highly experienced analyst who has advised enterprise executives across a broad range of verticals. Based in San Francisco, Eric manages Polecat’s solutions team responsible for applying MeaningMine to deliver insights to the company’s clients. Eric also develops new analytical models and best practices, and interfaces with the development team on the product roadmap. Eric holds a B.S. in Economics, Santa Clara University (1999-2002).

Bronwyn co-founded Polecat with James Lawn in Apr 2007. Bronwyn was previously Director of Citizenship and Diversity at Microsoft UK where she focused on technical, policy and communications strategies to improve the societal impact of Microsoft in the UK. Bronwyn has 11 years’ experience in Microsoft and MSN, including roles such as Head of Image and Reputation and Group Programme Manager for MSN.

Also has a strong academic background in political and social sciences. Simon is a highly competent and experienced creative developer and application development manager. Prior to Polecat, Simon lead app dev for Peter Gabriel's music content optimisation company, The Filter. Prior to this, Simon lead the dev a number of key applications for the UK Met Office. Simon has also been instrumental in delivering apps for a wide variety of orgainsations including: Yahoo, Electronic Arts and Columbia Records.
