James co-founded Polecat with Bronwyn Kunhardt in Apr 2007. James was previously Microsoft's Head of Innovation in the UK where he worked with the software development industry, entrepreneurs, investors, academia and the Government. James has 6 years’ experience in Microsoft, including building and heading up the Public Sector Services organisation in the UK. James holds a MSc in Information Systems and a BEng in Optoelectronics from UCL.

Eric is a highly experienced analyst who has advised enterprise executives across a broad range of verticals. Based in San Francisco, Eric manages Polecat’s solutions team responsible for applying MeaningMine to deliver insights to the company’s clients. Eric also develops new analytical models and best practices, and interfaces with the development team on the product roadmap. Eric holds a B.S. in Economics, Santa Clara University (1999-2002).

Bronwyn co-founded Polecat with James Lawn in Apr 2007. Bronwyn was previously Director of Citizenship and Diversity at Microsoft UK where she focused on technical, policy and communications strategies to improve the societal impact of Microsoft in the UK. Bronwyn has 11 years’ experience in Microsoft and MSN, including roles such as Head of Image and Reputation and Group Programme Manager for MSN.

A very well qualified and highly competent software engineer and architect with broad experience of a range of industries and application types. Also has a strong academic background in political and social sciences. Technical Lead roles, taking responsibility for software design and managing teams of developers to implement designs to delivery, with: Experian, IBM, KPMG, Accenture, Cable & Wireless, ClearChannel, Nortel, :ntl and Vodafone.

Gordon is an experienced Member of the ICA with a track record of leading highly skilled finance teams to support the achievement of overall corporate goals. Before joining Polecat, Gordon was FC at Simon & Schuster, managing the Finance team. Previously, Gordon was FC at Carlton Screen Advertising, Group Accountant at Standard Chartered Bank, Group Reporting Manager at Grosvenor Investments and, originally, an Audit and Tax Analyst at Deloitte.

Gilles is a senior IT professional with13 years of engineering and project management experience focused on the delivery of reliable online services at massive scale and complexity. Gilles has a proven track record of solving business problems using emerging technology solutions and evaluating the impact of new technologies on business strategy and direction. Prior to joining Polecat, Gilles managed implementation of Azure for MSN.

Simon is a highly competent and experienced creative developer and application development manager. Prior to Polecat, Simon lead app dev for Peter Gabriel's music content optimisation company, The Filter. Prior to this, Simon lead the dev a number of key applications for the UK Met Office. Simon has also been instrumental in delivering apps for a wide variety of orgainsations including: Yahoo, Electronic Arts and Columbia Records.
