Pocket Bakery is a neighborhood bake shop that will offer naturally leavened sourdough, sprouted whole wheat breads, morning pastries, grilled sandwiches and lunch fare. We will source from the thriving local wheat industry in the Northwest: Fairhaven Organic Mill in Burlington, WA and Camas Country Mill in Eugene, OR. Our name is part of our approach; we want to make small batch food from excellent ingredients.
