    * delivery manager for teams of 5-15 people
    * business unit management, growing a team from 10 to 70 persons

    Holds MSc in Informatics, currently pursuing PhD.

    More than 10 years of enterprise IT development as individual contributor, development team leader and software architect.

    From 2001 to 2011 worked in Nortal (former Webmedia) creating solutions for various enterprise customers.

    In 2010 and 2011 specialized on performance troubleshooting and tooling in Nortal R&D department.

    Holds MSc in Algebra.

    Together with Vladimir, has more than 10 years of enterprise IT development as an individual contributor, technical team leader and software architect.

    From 2001 to 2011 worked in Nortal (former Webmedia) where lead the implementation part of projects for various enterprise customers.

    In 2010 and 2011 specialized on performance troubleshooting and tooling in Nortal R&D department.

  • Ivo Mägi
    Founder, Marketing/Evangelism

    Before joining Plumbr, Ivo was the CTO of a 600-person enterprise consultancy company Nortal. His role there included overseeing and implementing company-wide efficiency programs, technical recruitment, technical contribution to key sales.

    Ivo also helped found Java developer tools company ZeroTurnaround and served as member of their first board.

    In Plumbr, he can be blamed for creating and running a blog that attracts 20-30k visitors each
