Ms. Milburn, an Air Force veteran, holds an MBA and a national certification as a personal trainer. Ms. Milburn has over 10 years of private sector and federal experience and has a history of successfully starting and saving organizations and programs. Ms. Milburn is an avid fitness expert, enjoys working with young people and has successfully improved the fitness levels and abilities in athletes in the Atlanta Metro Area.

Before being drafted for and playing in the WNBA, Coach Bond held several basketball records at the University of Missouri. After retiring from professional basketball, Coach Bond found a passion for training young female athletes. Her goals are to ensure the transition from high school sports to collegiate level sports is as easy as possible for her athletes.
