Dr. Telukunta is a B-Tech from IIT Madras. Subsequent to that he received his MS and PhD from Cornell University and has worked for several years in Silicon Valley in various senior level product and project management roles. He received his MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB, Hyderabad) in 2009 and LLB in April 2014. He is interested in team management, strategy, product development and is a good general manager.

Shashidhar Reddy joined the team as a programmer in 2010 and has been with the firm from the early stage and has shown great mettle at team management and ability to manage teams of 40+ with ease and finesse. He would continue to work in such a role in the new mode of operations. He is an expert with Agile Product development methodologies and implementation & customization of Lean, Kanban and Scrum tools to teams of varying sizes.

Srikanth has completed Bachelors in Engineering and has done his MBA in Marketing and Operations. He has worked in diversified industries like IT/ITES, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail and Education Sectors and has an overall experience of 10+ years. He worked in several Senior Management roles relating to Project Management, Business Excellence & Quality Management. He is an expert at sales operations planning & other general management operations
