Jasper is an experienced and successful entrepreneur. He co-founded Static 2358 (the predecessor to PlayJam) which raised £9.8 million in venture capital. The company was sold for $69 million. Jasper also founded and ran Optimistic Entertainment, which produced approximately 24,000 hours of game shows for various TV broadcasters in the UK, France, and the USA. Prior to Static 2358, Jasper worked in senior management roles within BSkyB & Telenor

Post PWC he has been involved in advising and managing a number of businesses in the Private Equity, Telecom, IT and Leisure sectors, with a focus on early stage financing needs and growth strategy, as well as strategic disposals, restructuring and acquisition assessments.

His team brought award winning BBC iPlayer to 500 TV devices in the UK alone and BBC News to more than 60m TVs globally. Holding a masters degree in media and communications management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.

Ex PopCap veteran Baroova brings a high level of experience and understanding of the Android market to his role as Head of Games at Playjam, having experience of launching highly popular products such as Bejeweled, Plants Vs. Zombies and Peggle on iOS Android, Windows Phone and other mobile platforms in his role as Director of Development at Popcap. Baroova also held roles at EA and Gamavoo, which was acquired by Popcap.
