PlayApp creates easy to use, collectible multimedia applications - "PlayApps". These PlayApps are important because they now allow publishers (music, book, etc.) to sell their content as digital collectibles that consumers crave. We've recently arranged a licensing agreement to sell the music albums of UMG's biggest music artists as PlayApps. Some of these artists include Justin Bieber, U2, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, and Eminem.

    John Willsey set up one of the first multi-user chat bulletin boards, Talk Channel, in Dallas in 1989. It rapidly grew to be the largest online chat system in the DFW metroplex. In 1995, foreseeing the widespread rise of digital piracy, he invented US Patent 5,754,761. He then sold Talk Channel to concentrate on promoting his patent.     Jonathan Golveo, our COO, has over 14 years in the information systems industry, 10 of
    them with Sony Pictures Entertainment as a Systems Analyst. He also has a background in
    Cyber Forensics in the Global Information Security Arena, and was the President of a contract
    telecommunications vendor providing technician services for both Time Warner and Adelphia
    Cable. Jonathan has experience in marketing and management and will be heading our Glob
