Vincent started his first software company at 17, the first map based real estate site in Australia (1997), he then went on to found Pisces, which designed & patented messaging
technology, the company pivotted following the first dot com bubble to build an enterprise lending platform used by >90% of banks in
Australia processing close to $50bn
a year in mortgage applications.

Duy has significant domain experience in financial services having worked at Motif Investing and
Dorado. Duy developed half of the trading platform at Motif, including all the required security framework for financial data.

Duy has added the level of technical competence needed to take
Planwise through its next stages.

Niall began his career with Deloitte in their M&A advisory and corporate
finance team. Moving to Vancouver he worked with Teleflex Marine assisting with their divestment from a
NYSE listed company to a high t ech privately held (HIG Capital)
engineering company in Vancouver (Revenue $85m).

Niall understands the economics and day to day requirements to determine and execute on strategies.
