At the peak of his career, after designing and managing landscape projects for celebrities in Beverly Hills and on the beaches of Malibu, Victor decided to focus his efforts on bringing to life his answer to the question “What should I plant here?” With a B.S. degree in horticulture, an MBA and a total of 10 years of experience in the field, he brings an understanding of the landscape industry, the material and the vision behind PlantMyPlant.

After receiving his undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the University of Arizona, Nick joined the elite 82nd Airborne Division as a Scout Reconnaissance Officer. During his tenure in the U.S. Army, Nick served 30 months in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, both as a RECON Platoon Leader and Infantry Company Commander in Baghdad. Currently he is pursuing his MBA with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Strategy.

Prior to returning to school for his marketing focused MBA, Gavin spent six years as a creative producer of documentaries and interactive media for Fox, Universal, Warner Brothers, and Lionsgate. In addition to supplying the creative content for studio clients, he also worked on strategic marketing initiatives within his company that resulted in new studio clients and additional revenue streams.

He got his B.S in Mechanical engineering and continued his master degree in this major in the field of Energy conversion. After having almost 6-year experience in industry, his passion for doing research and developing technology drove him back to academics once again. He is now in his 4th year of PhD program in Mechanical Engineering and is eager to share his experiences and his creative work and knowledge to broad forecasts of commercial yield.
