Andrew ParrucciMarketing Director
As Marketing Director, Parrucci oversees all marketing/communications activities.
Parrucci co-founded Planting Empowerment in 2006 to address the subsistence deforestation he experienced as a Peace Corps volunteer in Panama.
He brings marketing/communications experience in impact investing, solar energy and international development, and holds a BS in Product Design from Virginia Tech.

Chris MeyerGeneral Manager
Meyer is responsible for finance, strategic alliances and overall coordination.
Meyer lived in Panama for 3 yrs as a Peace Corps volunteer and led PE for its last 5 yrs of operations there. He brings extensive experience working with Indigenous leaders on climate change policy, forestry and REDD.
Meyer has a BBA in Finance and MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins with a focus on sustainable development.

Damion CrostonOperations Director
As Operations Director, Croston is responsible for the overall operation of the business in Panama.
He joined Planting Empowerment as co-founder to help under-served communities achieve economic stability through sustainable forestry.
Croston has extensive experience in community economic development and holds a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and an MA in International Affairs from Ohio University.

Andrew WulfStrategic Advisor
As Strategic Advisor, Wulf works primarily with Planting Empowerment's Advisory Board to obtain meaningful guidance for business.
Wulf helped launch the business in 2006 to confront social injustice he observed in rural Panama as a Peace Corps volunteer.
Wulf brings over 6 years in product management and strategic development experience in global agribusiness. He holds an MBA from Thunderbrird and a BA in Int'l Economics from UCLA.
