For the past 8 years Mr. Vallas has developed an expertise in establishing companies and purchasing land in Brazil and now has over 70,000 acres owned or controlled. Formally a Captain in the US Army and VP with a Fortune 500 energy trading company, Mr. Vallas holds a BSEE and MSEE degrees from Drexel U. and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in International Finance from NYU. Residing in Brazil, fluent in English and Portuguese.

As a licensed realtor and native Brazilian, Adeilma has confidentially represented foreign clients when aggregating land purchases with local property owners. Adeilma has lived in the United States and Canada which has given her an understanding of the cultural difference in doing business between Brazil and North America or Europe. Mother of two, Adeilma is fluent in Portuguese and English and has been married to Andrew for 12 years.
