Rusty has over 20 years of experience in operations management, focusing on productivity and process improvement. He has managed both call centers and medical offices. His proficiency in Six-Sigma and LEAN methodologies has allowed him to increase the bottom line by streamlining workflow processes.

As the founder and CEO of piSociety, Todd is responsible for running all facets of the business. He brings a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving sales growth and customer service in the furniture, real estate, internet and healthcare industries. Before developing pi, he owned and operated a leading healthcare equipment company. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from NC State University.

Tim brings over 20 years of strong operational and project management to pi. His most recent endeavor is a startup business experiencing 400% revenue growth during the recent economic downturn. Tim also has experience in human resources, real estate, operations, and call center management. In addition, he holds a B.S. in Management from UNC Greensboro.

Rich brings a knack for strategic planning and expertise in operations management and finance to the team. Rich's experience includes purchasing, inventory control, operations, and process improvement from the textile industry, where he began his career upon graduation from Virginia Tech. Most recently, Rich has worked as a Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager with a prominent brokerage firm. Rich holds an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Richard has 25 years of technical engineering and sales management experience within the cellular phone industry. This experience gives him insight into the evolving technologies, such as near field communications and phone networking capabilities, which will facilitate pi's growth and provide easier ways for our members to use pi's offerings. Richard holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from NC State University.

Torrey is a seasoned creative and visionary branding specialist. His former incarnations include strategic and creative roles for businesses throughout the United States since 1995. He owns and operates his own agency, Torrey Ferrell Creative. He earned his Associates Degree in Design from Guilford Technical Community College.

Flemming has diverse experience in Leadership and Management. He is a change agent focused on organizational design and effectiveness, reward systems development, improvement of employee morale, and analysis and design of incentive systems. His industry experience includes: electric utility, industrial services and companies manufacturing non-durable goods. Flemming holds a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry, and designations including CCP & SPHR.
