Amberlee has significant operations-management experience in the mental health setting. She ran an outpatient community mental health clinic, where she supervised 35-40 employees, interviewed and hired employees, worked with HR to terminate employees if needed, helped to develop a budget each fiscal year, managed the marketing of services provided, developed and built relationships with other individuals within the field, and tracked revenue.

In handling that work, I draw heavily on my years of legal experience, particularly in mass- and class-actions. Such complex litigation typically involves persuasive writing, retaining and prepping experts, media relations, managing numerous clients (mass actions), securing a claims administrator to co-develop advertising and notice documents (class actions), and negotiating resolution when appropriate.
