I am looking to purchase 40 year old company. Company could increase the number of bids and thereby increasing revenue from $14m to $20m+. Need $3.5 million for the downpayment plus additonal operating costs. Owner will do an earn out on an additional $3 million. Will get $1.4 million of receivables and $3 million in heavy equipment assets.Company already has 9 million in contracts on the books. Looking for loan or investor. Strong management.
