He has more than 25 years of experience in the design, testing and manufacture of various types of composite technologies. He started his career with the Brunswick Corporation, and 18 years ago moved into companies associated with the pipeline business. Mr Souza, is Secretary/Treasurer of the TheComposites Repair Users Group, member of the ASME PCC-2 Standard Committee.
