Hello, We are Pioneer Tents, a start-up US based tent company here to introduce a new idea that we have for the camping industry. I have a design for a new style of pop up tent, that we can disclose the extra proprietary details once you can agree to a NDA. We are seeking $100k in exchange for 20% equity in Pioneer Tents. With these funds we will be able to take our designs to a US manufacturer to cover cost of the first production run.
