Pinweel's service for iPhone & web is distinct from other mobile photo services (e.g. Instagram, Color, Path) in its focus on the collaborative sharing of a common album among members of a group. Group members post photos to a shared album, then view and comment on that album collaboratively. Privacy levels are easily set and controlled, images are easily pushed to Facebook and Twitter, and a feed tracks all the activity in a user's network.
