Mr. Price is a business leader with over twenty years of management, strategy, product development, delivery and operational experience in the energy and utility industry.

Venk is one of the founding and principal members of Pinnacle.  He is responsible for developing key Sentinel technologies, the foundation of Pinnacle’s products. He has over twenty years of experience in building and launching complex systems integration solutions at Logica, Ford, Hewlett Packard and MIT. In the recent past, Venk built an integration technology platform that is presently deployed in over 70 utility companies in North America.

Dean is the founding member of Pinnacle, delivering solutions resulting in nearly a billion dollars in operational savings within the utility and call center industries. He brings with him twenty years of experience in the utility industry. Dean is known as a thought leader bringing innovative ideas to the industry as an insider and proven entrepreneur.  He was an executive of SoCal Edison, second largest electric utility in the United States.

Rakhee brings fifteen years of technology and start-up experience. She has worked in technical capacities, as Principal Engineer in two successful startups. She led Strategy and Marketing for AirGenerate. She has many years of experience in the semiconductor, bio-tech, and clean-technology industries. Rakhee brings strong analytical skills to identify growth strategies and market opportunities.

Ian has been delivering IT applications change for over twenty years. From a software development background, he has led multi-million dollar implementations of solutions in innovative multinationals such as Orange UK telecommunications, Direct Line Insurance, and Tesco UK. Previously a Program Manager for British Gas, providing assurance across a $200MM change program, he has more recently been delivering customer projects for Pinnacle.
