    Managing Partner - Mr. Bridges has overall responsibility for Company development and acquisitions.

    35+ years’ experience in real estate acquisitions, development and private lending. Extensive experience managing multiple levels of corporate operations. Retired USAF Officer; upon retirement from military duty owned and operated numerous health care facilities in multiple states while continuing to acquire and develop real estate.
    Owned & managed 100s of units of real property, including SFR, multi-family & commercial assets. MPA–GGU, BA–UNCC

  • Jason Bridges
    Partner - Jason has overall responsibility for Company’s day-to-day operations.

    20+ years’ experience buying, selling and controlling real estate. An expert in negotiating distressed assets. Negotiated approximately $13M of distressed loans down to $7M across 100s of single family houses. Significant experience with various strategies involved with investing in distressed mortgage notes including foreclosing on the borrower, modifying their loan, or assisting with a short sale. BS from Bemidji State University.

  • Nicholas Bridges
    Partner - Nick will apply his knowledge and understanding of construction and rehab management, as well as loan underwriting, to the advantage of the Company.

    Involved in real estate investing and management for over a decade. Nick has overseen multiple real estate rehab projects & has owned & controlled residential & commercial properties. Since 2012, He has also worked as an independently contracted underwriter with a mortgage brokerage company. His underwriting responsibilities encompass all underwriting aspects to determine the viability of proposed loans. MBA- U of Phoenix, BA- Blackburn College
