PCWC is the culmination of over 25 years of training and healthcare experience.

PCWC combines the martial art of aikido with personal and group fitness, Chiropractic, and Physical Therapy to promote an alternative to the monotony of the franchise gym.

Aikido is the martial art of peace, highlighted in shows like "The Walking Dead", "The Man in the High Tower" and films starring Steven Seagal, it emphasizes the use of body mechanics, joint manipulations, and flexibility to allow students to defend themselves and express their innate artistic talent.

Group and Personal fitness is conducted by certified trainers and nutritionists, creating custom workout and eating plans for members. Packages vary from group-only to group + personal options, but all will include recommended nutritional changes based on age, gender, physicality, and goals.

Chiropractic and Physical Therapy are designed to supplement the demands of physical training and be offered at a discount for those paying for aikido and group/personal fitness. These services also provide additional revenue at a higher rate per square foot.

All this will be joined by regular marketing and fundraising events for causes that influence the community and those in need.
