He has a BBA degree in Finance from The University of Notre Dame.

    CFO, founded the Company in 1988. Prior to that, he was the National Sales Manager for Dynatech Computer Power of Scotts Valley, CA. a leading manufacturer of power conditioning equipment. Previously, Mr. Flanders served as Regional Vice President of American Home Video Corp., a national chain of 200 consumer electronics stores. He has a BS degree in Mathematics from Lafayette College.
